How do I cancel a session?

Go to your schedule, find the upcoming session, and tap Cancel. Refund eligibility depends on the trainer's cancellation policy (shown on their profile). Cancelling outside the policy window gives a full credit; inside the window follows the trainer's late-cancel refund percentage.

What happens if my trainer cancels?

You will receive a full credit automatically, plus an email notification. Credits appear on your account and apply to future bookings.

What is a no-show?

If you do not attend a confirmed session, your trainer may mark it as a client no-show. No refund is issued for no-shows.

How do I update my payment method?

Does PhysicAll charge HST/GST?

Prices on PhysicAll are set by your trainer and no taxes are currently added at checkout — your receipt shows the full amount you paid. Questions about how GST/HST or QST applies to a training service should be directed to your trainer or a tax professional.

How do I change my password?

Go to your profile page and click Change password. You must be signed in to change your password in-app. Alternatively, use Forgot password on the login page.

Go to your profile page and click Change email. Confirmation links will be sent to both your current and new email address.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any PhysicAll marketing email. Transactional emails (booking confirmations, cancellation notices) cannot be unsubscribed from as they are required for service.

How do I set my cancellation policy?

Go to your profile page and scroll to the Cancellation policy section. Set your minimum cancellation window (minimum 2 hours) and the refund percentage for late cancellations.

Go to your schedule and use the Blocked time feature to add blackout periods. Clients will not be able to book sessions during blocked times.

Lead with your specialties and years of experience, be specific about who you work best with (e.g. "post-injury return to sport" rather than "fitness"), and mention your response time — clients decide fast, and a clear, specific bio converts better than a general one.

Clients search and filter by specialty, location, and availability. A complete profile — photo, bio, specialties, and an uploaded certification — ranks higher in relevance and builds trust before a client ever messages you. Once your profile is live, share your profile link directly from your dashboard to bring in clients from outside search too.

A complete application with clear, legible certification documents and a filled-out profile (bio, specialties, rate). Incomplete submissions are the most common cause of review delays.
